Shawn Brennan has worked for Montgomery County Aging and Disability Services since 2005. First, she focused on senior health and wellness, then she moved on to transportation and mobility. As a co-chair of the Transportation and Mobility workgroup, she has supported the County’s Age Friendly initiative since 2015. She also staffs the County’s Commission on Aging and the Commission’s Public Policy Committee.
Prior to working with the County, she worked for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and before that, on an inpatient psychiatry unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Her degrees are in therapeutic recreation and social work.
